India – May 2010 – We have relocated to ANJANEYA TECHNO PARK, Kodihalli, HAL
Airport Road as part of our expansion program with a State of Art facility
to accommodate more than double the existing capacity. At present we have
about 85 full time staff including the management’s category. Many of the
staff joined during the inception of the Company (three years back) becomes
the Managements category like Divisional Managers, Team Leaders, Project
Leaders etc., to take care of different divisions and up coming projects
from different centers / country globally. Most of these people are joined
in the company at entry level only. This is an unique nature at our company
to motivate our team members. Our policy is to make existing team members to
grow to higher levels depends on their capacity and capability by giving
them such good opportunities.
Based on
the new area of requirements and need, we have been sending the team members
to our associated companies located globally (Toulouse & Hamburg) for the
specialized hand-on training of short and long periods.
As part of
HR policy we have the systems, half yearly performances appraisals (January
and July) and also performance Bonuses, dispersed during the month December
every year, considering their annual contributions to the deserving team
members including the managers. We have been adhered this policy even during
global economic recession periods.
We have
established the Life Insurance of each employee in the company as well as
the Health Insurances for the employees and their spouse along with his/her
parents of all the ages to meet their medical expenses. This facility they
can also avail even the parents and spouse are residing away from Bangalore.
The new
projects, namely, Service Bulletin (SB), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM)
and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) were also added with the existing
projects like IPC, WDM, Schematics etc. Along with the expansion of the
scope for existing projects company is in due course to add some more new
projects from Airbus and from other reputed clients.
